If your remote does not look like the pictures, please contact us with the exact make model or even better, send us a photo of the units label (inside behind the grease filters) and we can make sure you get the correct part.

Resyncing the remote with your hood:

switch hood off at the main power

switch back on and in the first few seconds 

tap the light button then the fan button

you hood will be now synced.
